I am Pascal Hallie, married and father of five children.

I have been active in the industry since high school, where my interest in production and processes developed started.

My career went from operator to production manager and later technical manager.

In all these roles, one thing was always central: finding smart, reliable solutions that really work in practice.

By working intensively with customers in the development of products, tools and production lines, I discovered my passion: combining my technical knowledge with customized advice.

 

This passion now forms the basis of Peak Solutions BV.

I believe in sustainable partnerships and enjoy guiding clients from concept to production.

 

Thanks to our close collaboration with High Tech Converters, I can not only advise but also support the development, sampling, and setup of complete production lines.

 

Whether it concerns small or large series, cleanroom applications or specialist self-adhesive products, I think along, create solutions and build long-term relationships.
